Payments
All payment processing on Zetto is handled through Stripe, the industry standard for secure online payments.
Subscription billing
Section titled “Subscription billing”Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe:
- Billing cycle — Charged on the same day each month, starting from your subscription date.
- Payment method — All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and others).
- Bank transfers — Available where supported by Stripe, depending on your region.
- Currency — All prices are in USD. Additional currencies will be supported in the future.
- Failed payments — If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically. You will receive email notifications and have a grace period to update your payment method before your subscription is paused.
Deal payments
Section titled “Deal payments”When deals close through the Zetto Network, payments between parties are processed via Stripe Connect:
- Flow — Buyer pays into the platform via Stripe. The platform deducts any applicable outcome fees and transfers the remainder to the seller.
- Seller payouts — Funds are transferred to the seller’s connected Stripe account. Payout timing depends on the seller’s Stripe configuration (typically 2-7 business days).
- Buyer protection — Payment is held in escrow until deal terms are confirmed by both parties.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”All invoices are available in your dashboard:
- Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices.
- View or download invoices for any billing period.
- Invoices include your subscription charges, any deal-related fees, and payment method details.
Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe and are suitable for business expense reporting and tax purposes.
Updating your payment method

Section titled “Payment security”Zetto takes payment security seriously:
- Stripe PCI DSS Level 1 — Stripe is certified to the highest level of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. This is the same certification used by banks and major financial institutions.
- No card storage — Zetto never stores your credit card numbers, CVV, or other sensitive payment data. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
- Encrypted transmission — All payment data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest within Stripe’s systems.
- 3D Secure — Where supported by your bank, Stripe enables 3D Secure (3DS) for additional authentication on transactions.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”- Subscription refunds — If you cancel within 24 hours of being charged, contact hello@zettoai.com for a refund. After 24 hours, the current billing period is non-refundable, but you retain Pro access until the end of the period.
- Deal payment disputes — Disputes on deal payments are handled through Stripe’s standard dispute resolution process. Contact hello@zettoai.com for assistance.
