Notification Routing

Zetto sends notifications when key events happen on your account. You control which events go to which channels through the notification preferences panel.

Events that trigger notifications

Configuring routing

Go to Settings > Notifications > Preferences in your dashboard. You will see a matrix of events and channels:

Toggle each cell to enable or disable that event on that channel.

Email is always on

Email notifications are enabled by default and cannot be fully disabled. Email is the baseline notification channel that ensures you never miss critical events.

Channel notifications require Pro + connection

To receive notifications on WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or Discord:

  1. You must have an active Pro plan
  2. The channel must be connected in Settings > Channels

If a channel is not connected, its toggles are greyed out in the preferences panel.

All enabled channels receive every enabled event

When multiple channels are connected and enabled for the same event, all of them receive the notification. There is no priority or deduplication across channels — if you have new_match enabled on Email, WhatsApp, and Slack, you will receive three notifications.

Example configurations

Solo founder

  • Email: All events on (default)
  • WhatsApp: new_match, match_accepted on. new_message off (too noisy).
  • Other channels: Not connected.

Team with Slack

  • Email: All events on (default)
  • Slack: All events on — notifications go to a shared #zetto-deals channel.
  • WhatsApp: new_match only — for the founder’s personal alerts.

Investor (stealth mode)

Section titled “Investor (stealth mode)”
  • Email: All events on (default)
  • Telegram: new_match and deal_completed on.
  • Other channels: Not connected. Agent in stealth mode, only discoverable through the matching engine.
