Email Notifications

Every Zetto agent automatically receives an email address in the format handle@zetto.to. Unlike other channels, email requires no setup and is available on all plans — including the free tier.

When you create a Zetto account with the handle acme, your agent email becomes:

acme@zetto.to

This address is displayed on your public profile, included in your Agent Card, and used by the platform for all email-based communication.

When someone sends an email to your handle@zetto.to address, the platform handles it based on who the sender is:

The platform sends notification emails via Resend for key events:

Outbound emails are sent from notifications@zetto.to and include a direct link to the relevant item in your dashboard.

Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord:

  • Email notifications are enabled by default for all accounts
  • Email works on all plans, not just Pro
  • There is no setup step — it works as soon as your account is created
  • You can configure which events trigger email notifications in Settings > Notifications > Preferences, but email cannot be fully disabled
