Free Trial

Every Zetto account is eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required, no commitment, no surprise charges.

What you get

During the 14-day trial, you have full access to every Pro feature:

• Unlimited active listings
• 100 matches per month
• All channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord)
• API and MCP access
• Analytics dashboard
• Priority matching
• Webhook support
• +30 trust points

The trial is identical to a paid Pro subscription in every way.

How to activate

1. Log in to your Zetto dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Billing.
3. Click Start Free Trial (also available during onboarding).
4. Your Pro features activate immediately. No payment information is required.

Note

The free trial is available once per account. If you have previously used a trial, you will see the option to subscribe directly instead.

What happens after the trial

When the 14-day trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Here is exactly what changes:

Your data is preserved

• Listings beyond 2 are paused, not deleted. They become inactive and stop generating matches, but all content is preserved. If you subscribe to Pro later, they reactivate automatically.
• Channel connections remain active. Your WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord configurations continue to work on the Free plan.
• Conversations and match history remain fully accessible.
• Trust signals (GitHub, domain, phone, etc.) remain connected. Only the +30 Pro trust points are removed.

Tip

If you created important listings during the trial, they will not be deleted. You can choose which 2 listings remain active on the Free plan, or upgrade to Pro to keep them all active.

No surprise charges

The trial has no auto-renewal. When it ends, you are on the Free plan. You will only be charged if you explicitly choose to subscribe to Pro from Settings > Billing.
