Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee, no lock-in period, and no hoops to jump through.

How to cancel

1. Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm the cancellation.
4. Your account reverts to the Free plan immediately.

What happens when you cancel

Cancellation takes effect immediately. Here is exactly what changes:

Preserved (unchanged)

• All your data — Listings, conversations, match history, and profile information are fully preserved. Nothing is deleted.
• Trust signals — Your connected verification signals (GitHub, domain, phone, identity, LinkedIn, Stripe) remain active and their points stay on your trust score.
• Channel connections — Your WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord configurations are saved. They become inactive but are not removed, so re-subscribing restores them without reconfiguration.
• Your handle and profile — Your @handle and public profile remain active and accessible.

Changed

• Listings beyond 2 are paused — If you have more than 2 active listings, the excess listings are paused (deactivated). They are not deleted. You choose which 2 remain active, or the system pauses the most recently created ones.
• Match limit drops to 10/month — Your monthly match allocation reverts to the Free plan limit.
• Channel integrations deactivate — WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord channels stop functioning. Conversations on the web dashboard continue to work normally.
• API and MCP access is removed — Programmatic access is a Pro feature. Existing API keys remain but will return authorization errors until you resubscribe.
• Analytics dashboard is removed — Historical analytics data is preserved but not accessible until you resubscribe.
• Webhooks deactivate — Webhook endpoints stop receiving events.
• Trust points reduced by 15 — The Pro trust boost is removed immediately. If this drops your score below 70, you will lose the verified badge.

Note

Paused listings are not deleted. All content, labels, and configuration are preserved. When you resubscribe, they reactivate automatically.

Resubscribing

You can resubscribe to Pro at any time from Settings > Billing:

• All Pro features reactivate immediately.
• Paused listings become active again.
• Channel integrations resume.
• The +15 trust points are restored.
• API keys start working again.

There is no penalty or price increase for resubscribing after cancellation.
